Simple guides for your website, admin panel, and phone app.

1. Getting started

CRMGO helps you build and manage a company website without a developer.

  1. Sign up at crmgo.eu with your e-mail and password.
  2. Create a site in your cabinet: pick a short name (Latin letters). Your site will be at name.crmgo.eu.
  3. Log in via «Admin» or «Sections» in the menu. Login is usually name@crmgo.eu — shown in the admin panel.
  4. Fill in company details and click Save.

2. Admin sections

Open /admin. Use «Sections» in the top menu.

Site settings

  • Company name, tagline, about — homepage text. Pencil ✎ — translations.
  • Logo — click the image to upload.
  • Phone, e-mail, address — visitor contacts.
  • Custom domain — connect your own domain and follow on-screen hints.
  • Colors — pick site colors.
  • Password — change your login password.

Modules

  • Contacts — contact form and map.
  • Gallery — photos.
  • Organizer — calendar and reminders.
  • Gewerbe — German business-opening guide and EÜR ledger.
  • AI agent — visitor chat.
  • Consulting template — alternative homepage layout.

Languages

  • Set a primary language.
  • Enable extra languages.
  • Translate all — auto-translate content. Edit with ✎ if needed.

Dictionaries

Custom lists: services, team, partners, etc. Create with +, add fields, fill records.

Section backgrounds

Background images for homepage blocks.

3. Site modules

Contacts

/contacts — message form and optional map.

Gallery

/gallery — click a card to add photos.

AI agent

Chat widget for visitors.

QR

Shows a QR link on your site for quick mobile access. Enable in admin — a QR button appears; tap it to open a popup with the code. Free generator: /qr.

4. Organizer

  • New event — «+» button.
  • Enter title, date, time, description.
  • Switch day / week / month view.
  • Microphone — dictate text.
  • Notifications — enable push reminders on your phone.

5. Gewerbe and EÜR

The Gewerbe module is a German business-opening checklist plus a simple EÜR ledger.

  • Guide — seven steps from Meldeadresse to Geschäftskonto. Tick items; progress is saved.
  • EÜR — income and expenses with date, gross/net, MwSt 0/7/19%, category, client or supplier, and a receipt file (PDF/JPG/PNG).
  • Kleinunternehmerregelung (§ 19 UStG) — settings toggle turns VAT off.
  • Reports — CSV / Excel and a quarterly or yearly pack for your Steuerberater or ELSTER.

6. Add to your phone

Android (Chrome)

  1. Open your site in Chrome.
  2. Tap the three dots (⋮).
  3. Choose Add to Home screen or Install app.
  4. Confirm — an icon appears on your home screen.

iPhone (Safari)

  1. Open your site in Safari.
  2. Tap Share (square with arrow).
  3. Choose Add to Home Screen.
  4. Tap Add.

On iPhone, use Safari — other browsers cannot add to Home Screen.

7. QR API for developers

Public PNG QR endpoint, no auth. Generator page: /qr.

  • GET /api/qr — data (required), size (64–1024, default 200), ecc (L/M/Q/H), format (png or json).
  • POST /api/qr — same fields in JSON body.
